I played with a lot of variations of the letters B & H for this event planner logo design project. I realized that the letter “B”, when turned on its side, looked like a mask, so I decided to turn it into a masquerade mask. The colour palette keeps it feeling elegant with a hint of mystery. The elements of the logo created a fun brand pattern.
The practice brief:
Briar Hamilton is an event planner that specializes in weddings and large party planning. She needs a personal brand that attracts her ideal demographic - upper middle class to elite individuals and corporate businesses. These individuals spend a hefty penny on their parties & celebrations.
Design challenge:
No boho! The trendy bohemian style is so beautiful, but she wants to stay away from that style. Her industry is swimming in this style branding and she wants to stand out against that as much as possible.
